Jacinta is the founder of collaborative practice on Prince Edward Island and a recognized leader in the national and international collaborative law and dispute resolution community. She was educated at the University of Prince Edward Island (B.A. Political Studies), Dalhousie University and University of Victoria Law Schools (LL.B.).
Del is a highly experienced legal assistant, and an invaluable member of the Waterstone team. With sharp attention to detail and wealth of knowledge, Del acts as the client case manager and ensures that each case is managed with precision and timeliness. Del also manages the accounting side of things and is the best contact for client enquiries about billings and accounts.
Del’s energetic, friendly, and helpful nature is evident in her interactions with clients, staff and the legal community. She is committed to helping clients achieve excellent outcomes and has recently completed courses in Interest-Based Negotiation and Advanced Mediation at the UPEI Centre for Conflict Resolution Studies.
Del was born and raised in Spring Brook and now resides in Kingsboro, Prince Edward Island with her husband Lonnie and 3 children. She’s an enthusiastic community volunteer with PEI 4-H, and enjoys many active and outdoor hobbies.
Deb has extensive law office administration experience beginning her career in Toronto and then moving with her family to Charlottetown. Her warmth, creativity, organizational abilities and sense of humour keep the Waterstone team running smoothly. Deb is the first point of contact for our clients, and it is clear that clients appreciate her sincerity and calming manner.
Deb moved to Brackley, Prince Edward Island in 2009 and is dedicated to spending time with her family, volunteering in her community and enjoying the outdoor beauty of the Island.
